Shipping & Delivery

We always do our best to deliver your order as quickly and safely as possible.

Cairo & Giza: Delivery within 1–3 business days.

Other Governorates: Delivery within 3–5 business days.

Delivery times may vary slightly during promotions, peak seasons, or public holidays. We will always do our best to get your order to you as soon as possible.

If You Choose Not to Receive Your Order

Once an order has been confirmed, prepared, and dispatched for delivery, if the customer chooses not to receive the order upon arrival, the shipping fees will still need to be covered.

This simply covers the delivery cost after the order has already been dispatched.

Unavailability at the Delivery Address

Please make sure you are available at the delivery address or coordinate with the courier when they contact you.

If the courier arrives and the customer is unavailable without notifying or arranging an alternative time with the courier in advance, the customer will be responsible for the shipping fee associated with the delivery attempt.

We always recommend communicating with the courier if you need to adjust the delivery time to help avoid any additional charges.

Exchange in Case of a Manufacturing Issue

Your satisfaction and the quality of our products are extremely important to us.

If your product has a manufacturing defect within 14 days of receiving your order, you can contact us even if the product has already been tried or used.

Once the manufacturing issue has been confirmed, the product can be exchanged for the same product.

We want to make sure you receive every product in the quality and condition you expect from us.

Exchange of Unused Products

Changed your mind or would prefer something else? No problem.

You may request an exchange within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that the product has not been used and remains in its original condition.

In this case, you may exchange it for another product from our available collection.

سياسة الشحن والاستبدال والاسترجاع

راحتك وثقتك في تجربتك معانا من أهم أولوياتنا، وعشان كده حرصنا إن سياسة الشحن والاستبدال تكون واضحة وبسيطة وتضمن لك تجربة شراء مريحة من وقت تأكيد الطلب وحتى استلامه واستخدام المنتج.

الشحن والتوصيل

بنحرص دايمًا إن طلبك يوصلك في أسرع وقت ممكن وبأفضل حالة.

• القاهرة والجيزة: التوصيل خلال 1 إلى 3 أيام عمل.

• باقي المحافظات: التوصيل خلال 3 إلى 5 أيام عمل.

قد تختلف مدة التوصيل بشكل بسيط في أوقات العروض، المواسم أو الإجازات الرسمية، وفي جميع الأحوال بنعمل على توصيل طلبك في أقرب وقت ممكن.

في حالة عدم استلام الطلب

بعد تأكيد الطلب وتجهيزه وشحنه، في حالة رغبة العميلة في عدم استلام الطلب عند وصوله، يتم دفع مصاريف الشحن الخاصة بالطلب.

الهدف من ذلك هو تغطية تكلفة خدمة الشحن بعد خروج الطلب بالفعل للتوصيل.

عدم التواجد في مكان الاستلام

يرجى التأكد من التواجد في عنوان الاستلام أو التنسيق مع مندوب الشحن عند التواصل معك.

في حالة وصول المندوب وعدم وجود العميلة في مكان الاستلام دون إبلاغ المندوب أو التنسيق معه مسبقًا، يتم تحمل مصاريف الشحن الخاصة بمحاولة التوصيل.

ننصح دائمًا بالتواصل مع المندوب في حالة الحاجة لتغيير موعد أو ترتيب الاستلام لتجنب أي رسوم إضافية.

الاستبدال في حالة وجود مشكلة في المنتج

جودة المنتجات ورضاك عنها مهمين جدًا بالنسبة لنا.

إذا ظهر في المنتج عيب ناتج عن التصنيع خلال 14 يومًا من استلام الطلب، وحتى في حالة تجربة أو استخدام المنتج، يمكنك التواصل معنا لاستبداله بنفس المنتج مرة أخرى بعد التأكد من وجود مشكلة تصنيع.

استبدال المنتجات غير المستخدمة

لو غيرتي رأيك أو حبيتي تختاري منتجًا مختلفًا، يمكنك طلب الاستبدال خلال 14 يومًا من تاريخ استلام الطلب بشرط أن يكون المنتج غير مستخدم وبحالته الأصلية.

وفي الحالة دي، يمكنك استبدال المنتج بمنتج آخر من منتجاتنا.
